Investors Community Bank announces the addition of Carrie Pleasant, AVP-Banking Services Manager to its Manitowoc team.

In her role as Banking Services Manager, Pleasant is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of the banking center, including mortgage lending. She looks forward to the opportunity to build relationships with new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers while offering financial solutions that meet and exceed their needs.

“I am excited to be leading a great team here at our Manitowoc branch,” said Pleasant. “I am grateful for the opportunity to grow relationships at ICB and in the community we call home.”

Pleasant brings over 20 years of banking experience in a variety of roles to ICB, most recently as branch manager at Community First Credit Union. She also has more than 15 years of experience in consumer and mortgage lending. She enjoys volunteering at local events such as Salvation Army bell ringing, Manitowoc County Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake and the Manitowoc Special Olympics  Polar Plunge.

She is a graduate of Kiel High School and resides in Manitowoc with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, cooking, and watching her son play sports with the Manitowoc Lincoln Ships.
